Driveway Access:  None at this time. There is no curb on Redland Rd. Curb on Legend Oaks currently has no cuts.

Exclusions:  No exclusions by seller, however, the property has a known Edwards Aquifer recharge sink hole/cave close to the western edge. The property also has a number of mature native oak trees. Both of these elements will have an effect on the type and nature of development.
